第1章：林冲、山神廟にあり

Chapter 1: Lin Chong at the Mountain Temple

林冲は滄州に流刑となり、飼料置き場の警備を命じられました。大雪の降る寒い冬でした。林冲は山神廟に住み、毎日飼料を見張っていました。

Lin Chong was exiled to Cangzhou and assigned to work guarding the fodder storage. It was a cold winter with heavy snow falling. Lin Chong lived in the mountain temple and guarded the fodder every day.

ある夜、林冲は外で物音を聞きました。注意深く見ると、飼料置き場の近くで数人の黒い影が動いているのが見えました。林冲は心の中で思いました。「こいつらは悪人に違いない。飼料置き場を燃やそうとしているのだ。」

One night, Lin Chong heard movement outside. He looked carefully and saw several dark figures moving near the fodder storage. Lin Chong thought to himself: "These people must be bad people. They want to burn the fodder storage."

林冲は静かに廟を出て、飼料置き場が本当に燃えているのを見ました。その人たちは松明を持って火をつけていました。林冲は非常に怒りました。彼は思いました。「この悪人どもは一度私を陥れたが、今また私を陥れに来たのか。」

Lin Chong quietly walked out of the temple and saw that the fodder storage was really on fire. Those people were holding torches and setting fire. Lin Chong was very angry. He thought: "These bad people harmed me once, and now they come to harm me again."

林冲は武器を手に取り、飛び出しました。彼はその人たちと戦い、ついに全員を倒しました。

Lin Chong picked up his weapon and rushed out. He fought with those people and finally defeated them all.

林冲はもう滄州には住めないと悟り、梁山泊へ行くことを決意しました。そこには彼のような人々がたくさんいて、皆、朝廷から無実の罪を着せられていました。

Lin Chong knew that he could not live in Cangzhou anymore, so he decided to go to Liangshan Marsh. There were many people like him there, all of whom were wrongly accused by the court.
