Chapter 15: The Flaming Mountains

4人は火焔山に到着しました。この山は一年中火を噴いており、誰も通り抜けることができませんでした。孫悟空は、火を消すためには鉄扇公主（てっせんこうしゅ）から芭蕉扇（ばしょうせん）を借りなければならないことを知りました。

The four of them arrived at the Flaming Mountains. This mountain sprayed fire all year round, and no one could pass through. Sun Wukong learned that to extinguish the fire, they had to borrow a Palm-Leaf Fan from the Princess Iron Fan.

鉄扇公主は牛魔王（ぎゅうまおう）の妻であり、牛魔王は孫悟空に恨みを持っていました。そのため、鉄扇公主は扇を貸すことを拒否し、孫悟空を54,000里も吹き飛ばしました。孫悟空は粘り強く、3回扇を求めました。最後に、彼は小さな虫に変身し、鉄扇公主の胃の中に飛び込み、ついに扇を借りました。

The Princess Iron Fan was the wife of the Bull Demon King, and the Bull Demon King had a grudge against Sun Wukong. So the Princess Iron Fan refused to lend the fan and even blew Sun Wukong 54,000 miles away. Sun Wukong was persistent and asked for the fan three times. The last time, he turned into a small insect, flew into the Princess Iron Fan's stomach, and finally borrowed the fan.
