第4回：姜子牙の登場
Chapter 4: Jiang Ziya's Emergence
渭水のほとりで、老人が真っ直ぐな針で釣りをしていました。彼の名は姜子牙、一見普通の漁師のように見えましたが、実際は神秘の術の達人でした。長年、彼は川のほとりで待ち続けており、自分の時が来ることを知っていました。
By the Wei River, an old man sat fishing with a straight hook. His name was Jiang Ziya, and though he appeared to be a simple fisherman, he was actually a master of the mystical arts. For years, he had waited by the river, knowing that his time would come.
姜子牙は崑崙山の仙人たちの下で学び、天地の秘密を習得していました。彼は兵法、統治の原理、天界の神秘をマスターしていました。しかし、まだ現世での自分の目的を見出していなかったのでした。
Jiang Ziya had studied under the immortal masters on Mount Kunlun, learning the secrets of heaven and earth. He had mastered the art of war, the principles of governance, and the mysteries of the celestial realm. But he had not yet found his purpose in the mortal world.
ある日、姫発という若い貴族がその地域に狩りに来ました。彼は姫昌の息子で、川辺の賢い漁師の話を聞いていました。真っ直ぐな針を使う老人に興味を持ち、姫発は近づいて彼と会話を始めました。
One day, a young nobleman named Ji Fa came hunting in the area. He was the son of Ji Chang and had heard stories of the wise fisherman by the river. Curious about the old man who used a straight hook, Ji Fa approached and began to converse with him.
彼らの会話は数時間続きました。姜子牙は商王朝の衰退と、秩序を回復するための公正な支配者の必要性について語りました。彼は民衆の苦しみと王室を蝕む腐敗について述べました。姫発は理解を深めながら耳を傾けました。
Their conversation lasted for hours. Jiang Ziya spoke of the decline of the Shang Dynasty and the need for a just ruler to restore order. He described the suffering of the people and the corruption that had infected the royal court. Ji Fa listened with growing understanding.
姜子牙は軍事戦略と天の予言に関する知識を明かしました。彼は迫り来る戦争と、周家が暴君を倒す上で果たす役割について語りました。彼の言葉には天の権威の重みがあり、姫発は彼を偉大な知恵の達人として認めました。
Jiang Ziya revealed his knowledge of military strategy and celestial prophecy. He spoke of the coming war and the role that the Zhou family would play in overthrowing the tyrant. His words carried the weight of heavenly authority, and Ji Fa recognized him as a master of great wisdom.
姜子牙の知識と洞察に感銘を受けた姫発は、彼を周の朝廷に招きました。姜子牙は受け入れ、長い待機の時期がついに終わったことを知りました。彼は今、周の指導部の首席戦略家および顧問としてその地位に就くことになります。
Impressed by Jiang Ziya's knowledge and insight, Ji Fa invited him to join the Zhou court. Jiang Ziya accepted, knowing that his long period of waiting had finally ended. He would now take his place as the chief strategist and advisor to the Zhou leadership.
老漁師は川辺の職を離れ、周の都へと旅立ちました。そこで彼は最終的に商王朝に挑戦する勢力を組織し始めました。彼の任命は王国の歴史における新しい章の始まりを告げるものであり、それは大戦争と周王朝の最終的な確立へと導くのでした。
The old fisherman left his riverside post and journeyed to the Zhou capital. There, he began to organize the forces that would eventually challenge the Shang Dynasty. His appointment marked the beginning of a new chapter in the history of the realm, one that would lead to the great war and the eventual establishment of the Zhou Dynasty.
