第15章：查尔斯的悲痛
After Emma's death, Charles became a broken man. He wandered through their empty house, touching Emma's things and crying. Every object reminded him of his beloved wife, and he could not bear the pain of her absence.

Charles discovered Emma's love letters from both Rodolphe and Leon. When he read them, he finally understood the truth about her affairs and the reasons for her death. Instead of being angry, he felt only pity and forgiveness for Emma.
