Lao Can also thought about his own responsibilities. As a witness, he had the responsibility to record the history of this era and let later generations understand the truth. He decided to continue traveling and continue recording.

These reflections made Lao Can even more determined. He knew what he should do and also knew the significance of his records for later generations. This determination enabled him to overcome various difficulties during his journey.
