Chapter 1: The Beginning of Chaos

In the ancient times, when the Shang Dynasty ruled the land, chaos began to spread across the realm. King Zhou, the last ruler of Shang, was known for his cruelty and decadence. He built magnificent palaces and indulged in wine and women, while his people suffered in poverty and despair.
远古时代，商朝统治大地之时，混乱开始蔓延天下。商纣王，商朝最后一位君主，以残暴和荒淫著称。他建造华丽的宫殿，沉溺于酒色之中，而他的百姓却在贫困和绝望中受苦。
The heavens watched this decline with great concern. The Jade Emperor, ruler of all celestial beings, knew that the mandate of heaven was shifting. The Shang Dynasty had lost its divine right to rule, and a new era was about to begin.
