Chapter 16: The Fall of Wu
제16장: 오나라의 멸망
After Shu Han fell, the pattern of the Three Kingdoms became a confrontation between Wei and Wu. Wei had already usurped to become Jin and was the most powerful country. Although Wu still had some strength, it could no longer contend with Jin.
촉한이 멸망한 후 삼국의 구도는 위나라와 오나라의 대립이 되었다. 위나라는 이미 찬탈되어 진나라가 되었고 가장 강력한 나라였다. 오나라는 여전히 어느 정도의 힘을 가지고 있었지만 더 이상 진나라에 대항할 수 없었다.
Jin began preparing to attack Wu. Sima Yan dispatched troops southward, intending to destroy Wu and unify all of China. This was a historic moment, meaning that China, which had been divided for nearly a century, was about to be reunified.

Although Wu's army resisted with all its might, the disparity in strength was too great. Jin's army was well-equipped and high in morale, and Wu's army could not withstand it. Wu's cities fell one by one, and its defense lines gradually collapsed.

Sun Hao was the last emperor of Wu, but he was incompetent and could not save Wu's fate. He indulged in wine and women and ignored court administration, making Wu's situation even more deteriorated.

Ultimately, Jin's army broke through Jianye, and Sun Hao surrendered. The fall of Wu marked the complete end of the Three Kingdoms era. China was reunified and entered the period of Jin rule.
결국 진나라 군대는 건업을 돌파했고 손호는 항복했다. 오나라의 멸망은 삼국 시대의 완전한 종말을 알렸다. 중국은 재통일되어 진나라 통치 시대로 접어들었다.
The end of the Three Kingdoms was a historical necessity. Although heroes from various countries had tried to maintain their forces, unification was the general trend, and no one could stop it.
삼국의 종말은 역사적 필연이었다. 각국의 영웅들은 세력을 유지하려고 노력했지만 통일은 대세였고 아무도 그것을 막을 수 없었다.
