Chapter 8: The Siege of Chentang Pass
第8回：陳塘関の包囲
Chentang Pass stood as the last major defensive position before the Shang capital. Its walls were thick and high, defended by experienced soldiers and powerful magical barriers. The Shang commanders had spent months preparing for the inevitable siege.
陳塘関は商の都の前に立つ最後の主要な防御陣地でした。その壁は厚く高く、経験豊富な兵士と強力な魔法の障壁によって守られていました。商の指揮官たちは避けられない包囲に数ヶ月間準備を費やしていました。
Jiang Ziya established his command post on a hill overlooking the pass. He studied the fortifications carefully, knowing that a direct assault would result in heavy casualties. The Zhou army needed a more sophisticated approach to breach the defenses.
