Raskolnikov finally decided to go to the police station and surrender. He told Porfiry that he was the murderer.
Raskolnikov akhirnya memutuskan untuk pergi ke kantor polisi dan menyerahkan diri. Ia memberi tahu Porfiry bahwa dialah pembunuhnya.
Porfiry wasn't surprised by this result. He told Raskolnikov that surrender was his best choice.
Porfiry tidak terkejut dengan hasil ini. Ia mengatakan kepada Raskolnikov bahwa menyerahkan diri adalah pilihan terbaiknya.
Raskolnikov was arrested, but he felt a sense of relief. He finally no longer needed to hide his secret and could face his crime.
