Eventually, Dora and I got married. The wedding was simple but joyful. However, married life proved to be very different from what I had imagined. Dora was completely incapable of managing a household. She couldn't cook, clean, or even make basic decisions about our daily life.
Finalmente, Dora y yo nos casamos. La boda fue sencilla pero alegre. Sin embargo, la vida matrimonial resultó ser muy diferente de lo que había imaginado. Dora era completamente incapaz de administrar un hogar. No podía cocinar, limpiar ni tomar decisiones básicas sobre nuestra vida diaria.
Despite these challenges, I still loved Dora deeply. She was kind-hearted and tried her best to make me happy, even if her best wasn't enough for the practical demands of married life. We learned to laugh about our difficulties and find happiness in our love for each other, imperfect though it was.
A pesar de estos desafíos, todavía amaba a Dora profundamente. Era de buen corazón y hacía todo lo posible por hacerme feliz, incluso si su mejor esfuerzo no era suficiente para las demandas prácticas de la vida matrimonial. Aprendimos a reírnos de nuestras dificultades y encontrar la felicidad en nuestro amor mutuo, aunque fuera imperfecto.
