Zhou Jin participated in the provincial examination, but the result was not satisfactory. Although he performed well in the examination, he ultimately did not make the list. This result made him feel extremely disappointed and frustrated.

This failure made Zhou Jin more mature. He understood the hardships of the imperial examination path and recognized that he must make more efforts to succeed. He decided to try again and continue pursuing his dreams.
